Terms and Conditions
Happy Cans LLC will clean, sanitize, and deodorize Customer’s rollout garbage container(s) as specified hereinabove. If Customer moves from his/her present address to an address within our service area, then this Contract will be applicable to Customer’s new address but only upon Customer notifying Happy Cans of the new address and the date of move. If Customer moves outside our service area, then this contract will remain applicable to the initial address as stated herein, and Cleaner Can will continue its service to such address for the remainder of any prepaid term.
If Customer elects to pay other than on an annual basis, then the fees due hereunder shall be paid, in advance, within ten (10) days of invoice date.
This Contract may be canceled by Customer at any time; however, Customer may not receive a refund of prepayments. Upon cancellation, Happy Cans shall continue its service to Customer’s address for the remaining prepaid term, if desired.
Happy Cans warrants to the Customer that (a) its cleaning process will not damage Customer’s rollout garbage can or other property; (b) its cleaning process will result in a clean, sanitized and deodorized condition; (c) all chemicals will be washed clean and left in a sanitized condition (d) cleaning process will not remove substances such as paint, adhesives, tar, scuff marks, scratches, etc. and (e) the products used by Happy Cans in providing its services are 100% environmentally safe.
